PRAYER ARROWS

A.   PRAISE, WORSHIP AND THANKSGIVING - OH LORD, WE THANK THEE

1. Thank God for His mercy that is renewed upon us every morning.

1 Chronicles 16:34

³⁴ O give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; for His mercy and loving-kindness endure forever!

2.  Like Noah, thank God for a miraculous cross over into a brand new year. Gen. 8:13,21-23

¹³ In the year 601 [of Noah’s life], on the first day of the first month, the waters were drying up from the land. And Noah ^[a]removed the covering of the ark and looked, and behold, the surface of the ground was drying. ²⁰ And Noah built an altar to the Lord and took of every clean [four-footed] animal and of every clean fowl or bird and offered burnt offerings on the altar.²¹ When the Lord smelled the pleasing odor [a scent of satisfaction to His heart], the Lord said to Himself, I will never again curse the ground because of man, for the imagination (the strong desire) of man’s heart is evil and wicked from his youth; neither will I ever again smite and destroy every living thing, as I have done.²² While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.

B. CONFESSION AND FORGIVESS - OH LORD, HAVE MERCY ON US

3.  Let God have mercy and establish us forever. Psa. 40.2; Psa. 125.1

² He drew me up out of a horrible pit [a pit of tumult and of destruction], out of the miry clay (froth and slime), and set my feet upon a rock, steadying my steps and establishing my goings.

4.  Ask that God should, by His mercy, destroy the yoke of falling and rising in the lives of all His children all over the world, O Lord. Psa. 125.1

¹ Those who trust in, lean on, and confidently hope in the Lord are like Mount Zion, which cannot be moved but abides and stands fast forever.

² As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the Lord is round about His people from this time forth and forever.

B.   PETITION - ARISE, OH LORD

5.  Arise, O Lord, and let every power of the enemy on my life become impotent.

6.  Let God arise and let His enemies be scattered in our nations.

Psalm 68:1-2

¹ God is [already] beginning to arise, and His enemies to scatter; let them also who hate Him flee before Him!

² As smoke is driven away, so drive them away; as wax melts before the fire, so let the wicked perish before the presence of God.

C.  INTERCESSION - OH GOD, HEARKEN UNTO US

 7.  Let us decree peace into our homes.

Mark 4:39

³⁹ And He arose and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, Hush now! Be still (muzzled)! And the wind ceased (^[a]sank to rest as if exhausted by its beating) and there was [immediately] a great calm (^[b]a perfect peacefulness).

8. Pray for your Pastors and other leaders that God will reverse every irreversible in their lives.

 Pray For Your Spiritual Fathers and Mentors and their family! Remember to Pray for the General Overseer (Pastor E.A. Adeboye) and his family. Pray For Them by Name! And it shall be well with you and your household!

1 Timothy 2:1-2

First of all, then, I admonish and urge that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be offered on behalf of all men,

2 For kings and all who are in positions of authority or high responsibility, that [outwardly] we may pass a quiet and undisturbed life [and inwardly] a peaceable one in all godliness and reverence and seriousness in every way.

D.  PRAYER POINTS FOR TODAY: HONOUR & DISHONOUR: TWO SIDES OF DIVINE PURPOSE!

1.   Father. Thank You for Your Power That Protected us while we slept! Keeping us from the terror and dangers of the night! Thank You for waking us up every morning, healthy, strong and refreshed to face another day of Your Overflowing blessing  and favour We can never thank You enough! Accept our thanks in The Name of Jesus!

2.    Father, We Thank You for Your grace that qualified us for a place in Your great house making us Your vessels of gold and silver for Your honourable and noble use! We that were once vessels of wood and earthenware, meant for menial and ignoble use! Thank You for Jesus Who paid the price for our salvation and transformation! We shall eternally and forever be grateful!

3.    Father, We thank You for Jesus as a Gift of Your Love to the whole world! Thank You for given us back to Jesus with assurance of eternal life and promise that we shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck us out of His Hand! Thank You for The blessed assurance and comfort of His Word that “My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand” Father, We pray for divine wisdom not to doubt Your word and never to pluck ourselves from Your hand! So help me God!

4.   Father, With Your grace and Your backing I will fulfil Your purpose for my life! Every Delilah on my path the fire of The Holy Ghost will destroy before we meet! Every Pontipher’s wife that the devil wants to use to truncate my destiny, Father grant me the power to resist the devil so that he can flee from my path! Father, Every destiny destructive traps of Satan through worldliness to stop me from reaching my divine goal! Father, give me the wisdom, not to love the word, the lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh and the pride of life! So that I may succeed where Gehazi and Judas Iscariot failed! To do this, so help me God!

5.   Father, I will purge myself from all worldliness and every appearance of evil! Like Joseph, I will be a child to stand out for You and bring You Joy! Like John The Baptist I am ready to lay my life down for the purpose of The kingdom! Your investment in my life shall not go to waste nor be in vain! Like John The beloved, I shall be a vessel of honour for my Mather’s use! As for me and the children You have given me both biological and spiritual, we shall serve the Lord! We shall be for signs and wonders and we shall fulfil divine purpose unto honour in The Name of Jesus!

6.   Father, I pray for as many as are praying and fasting with us who are yet to accept Jesus as their Lord and Saviour this moment that as they pray the next prayer point and invite Jesus into their lives, that You will receive them and change their destiny immediately in The Name of Jesus!

7.   Lord Jesus, I acknowledge I'm a sinner. I acknowledge the price you paid for my sins on the cross of Calvary, and I accept you offer of salvation. Wash me with your blood, make me a new person and write my name in the Book of Life. Thank you for your mercy and forgiveness, and for accepting me into your family, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Find out divine purpose for your life and work towards actualising it to the glory of God.
